Designed to offer protection from contaminants, these Mounted Bearings accommodate shaft sizes from 1-7/16” to 7” (40 mm to 180 mm) and most metric sizes. This product line was formerly known as “QM Blue Brute Bearings.”

		Double V-Lock Solid-Block Mounted Bearings The V-Lock locking mechanism is excellent in high-speed applications and designed to maximize shaft-holding power and minimize the time needed for installation and removal as compared to conventional locking mechanisms. With no need for feeler gages during installation, the V-Lock locking mechanism offers superior holding power and is designed to eliminate overtightening. Mechanical withdrawal is a feature of doublenut units.

		Double Concentric Solid-Block Mounted Bearings Two set screws positioned at 60 degrees provide aggressive holding power. When configured with a double-collared insert, the bearing provides double the holding power compared to our standard single-collared insert.

		Eccentric Solid-Block Mounted Bearings An eccentric offset results in more mechanical advantage. This series provides a secure lock that should not release from a properly prepared shaft even in reversing applications.




		Tapered Adapter Solid-Block Mounted Bearings Excellent in high-load applications, this design uses a longer 2300-series adapter for increased shaft contact. This design offers the best shaft concentricity and highest capacity all while having the ability to accommodate undersized shafting.




		Double Nut Tapered Adapter Solid-Mounted Bearings Excellent in high-load applications, this design uses a longer double nut 2300-series adapter for increased shaft contact. This design offers the best shaft concentricity and highest capacity all while having the ability to accommodate undersized shafting. The double nut on the adapter allows the customer to withdrawal for bearing removal.
